    • In addition to the construction phase, please consider the time needed to locate an appropriate property/site and complete the design.

  • How much should I allocate for a luxury home?

    • Please keep in mind that the construction cost for an average single-family home in the Central Okanagan is over $450/sq. ft. The budgets for a modern, luxury home from Apchin Design + Build are typically between $600–$1,000 per square foot.
